6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at ch66, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of deposit and bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus one time only.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• ch66 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer without giving a reason.
• If a terms violation is proven after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own validity period, and the bonus will be forfeited after it expires.

6.4 VIP Program

The ch66 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier offers a weekly cashback: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold.

Betting Rules

The following general rules always apply when placing bets on ch66.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless approved by ch66 under special circumstances.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, ch66 will review it and make a decision.

7.2 Account Balance

Bets cannot be placed beyond your available balance. No credit facility is offered. There is no option to place bets with a negative balance.

Prohibited Activities

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time through the support team. Please ensure all valid balances are withdrawn before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

• Any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party services or payment gateways.
• Loss arising from the user's own negligence or mistakes.
